This webinar will review the foundational concepts of learning and behavior. You will learn how to identify and differentiate between aversive and appetitive approaches to behavior change, and why it's important to be able to. We'll look at the independent variables effecting behavior, and how reinforcement schedules may be contributing to challenges of successfully learning new, more appropriate skills and responses.
